WAIVER, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS

By purchasing merchandise on this site, I hereby waive any and all claims against, release from liability, and hold harmless, on behalf of myself and those who might make claims on my behalf or through me, Rocket Fireworks LLC, its affiliates, owners, and agents (“Company”), with respect to any personal injury (including death), property damage, accident, or incident(including damages, costs, and attorney fees that might arise) suffered by me or someone else that is related, directly or indirectly, to merchandise I purchase from Owner.

I state that I am at least 18 years of age and that I will comply with all applicable laws. I understand that Company is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. Company does not provide advice as to whether I can lawfully purchase, take delivery of, store, or use the merchandise.
